The Wiley School District Strategic Planning Task Force will have its first meeting on December 20, 2023.

School district strategic planning is a critical process that helps educational institutions align their goals, objectives, and resources toward achieving their desired outcomes: student success.   A well designed strategic plan provides a roadmap that guides the district's decision-making processes, improves resource allocation, and enhances the overall performance of the institution.

The Task Force members will be conducting research, analyzing data,  identifying areas of improvement for the school, helping to develop goals, and action steps to achieve and monitor those goals.  They will be working closely with school administration, teachers, parents, and community members to gather input and feedback on the plan before presenting the plan to the Board of Education.
